The Sword of Hades
Its origin is a bit shady, even to the reincarnations of Hades himself. To the best of their knowledge, they can recollect that the sword, like most ancient weapons, was crafted long ago by Hephaestus. How, or rather why, he had agreed to craft this sword for the Ruler of the Underworld is unknown, but its role plain and simple. It had two strong purposes. The first was to act as the key to the underworld itself, making sure that any whom tried to enter forcefully would not only have to go through the difficulty of defeating the Cerberus, but unlocking the gates first. Its second purpose was more simple, to be the weapon which could only be wielded by Hades, and as such it had been infused with the original's energy, concentrated into an immortal gem at the base of the sword's blade. The Gem alone, as a result, holds great power over the undead, and the living.
The physical design of the sword is simple one, and oddly ironic. As a hand guard it contains a pair of silver angelic, outspread wings, bringing its light to reflect upon the gem and blade. The handle itself is also quite plain, a simple black leather grip with a large circular structure at the butt of the sword, which can be equipped with a charm if the holder saw fit. Lastly, the blade itself is a black metallic component, of unknown origins. In brief summary, it is one of the finest, if not the finest, swords crafted by the Gods themselves.
Originally, the sword was crafted with an identical shield. But it was lost some time ago after many generation's of Hades having their hearts torn to sunder by the only woman they had ever loved. The shield eventually became weak and shattered, only to remain in shards of raw material. Hephaestus refused to fix it when brought to him, claiming that it could not be fixed in such a manner.

The Star of Hades
Also known as the pendant of Hades. It is an artifact that was worn by the original Hades. Before passing onto the world of mortals he would have it given to his new vessel. As such, it stored up his existence after the course of the years, resulting in it becoming the object that allowed him to reincarnate in the modern world.
One would think that it is an object that needs to be worn all the time, however, it does not. The star of Hades merely chooses the reincarnation of Hades, it does not freely allow anyone to become the King-God. As such, anyone who would wear it without the blessing of the current Hades would be killed by an overwhelming amount of energy which would act as an amplifier to their aging and over all death.
It takes the appearance of a five cornered silver star, with arrowed leading from the center to the nearest corner of the star, outlined around the sides of the star. At the center are a bundle of mint leafs, with a ribbon below it with the words "Yours ever" written upon them in English capital letters. By the original Hades, this was meant for Mintha, as she had become a mint plant before he could ever experience loving her.
To the reincarnations of Hades it has only the value that they give it, and the memories they create.

The Cap of Hades

It is known by many names, but it is one true thing. It is the helmet of invisibility, which allows for the one wearing it to become invisible and undetectable by other supernatural entities. As such, it allowed Hades to travel about freely without needing to ask for permission to enter an area. It was also used by several other beings throughout the course of History, most noted Athena and Perseus.
Its name implies what it does really, but it is also invisible to people, making it impossible to tell whether one is wearing it or not. The form it has taken throughout history has changed as well. It has been a hat, a helm, and other objects to wear on their head.
For Luke it has taken the form of a crown. It is invisible, of course, and intertwined with his hair to keep it from being knocked off by an attack. Like a helm, it can only be removed by the hands of the one who placed it upon his head, himself.
Another notable thing of this artifact si that the helm of Hades cannot be felt by others. Thus, if someone were to try and remove it, they would become unable to and go through air.
